We provide a tenant first approach striving to develop deep, lasting relationships with our tenant company teams in order to eliminate their real estate burdens as they look to relocate, expand operations in a market, enter a new market, or pivot their operations. Our team is comprised of real estate professionals with an average of 20 years of experience across finance, project management, operations, and construction. Monomoy’s deep construction experience enables our team to provide expert property development, construction management, design and implementation for tenant companies who need maintenance, renovation and expansion. Our team’s breadth of experience allows us to best serve both our tenant and investor interests.
