Since 2002, MWI has worked with Coca-Cola to rollout their comprehensive employment dispute resolution program for 45,000 employees and managers nationally. A majority of MWI trainers have served as lecturers and instructors at the Harvard Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School and have practical “real world” experience negotiating with Fortune 500 clients and vendors.
