My Life delivers award-winning mental health and wellbeing projects across the UK. Established in 2016, our roots were formed in secondary education; supporting young people with their wellbeing and helping schools to develop a more open and supportive environment for its students. We won multiple awards for our innovative programmes and delivery style - a legacy which continues to serve our projects of today. Post-COVID, our flagship project - @unlockmylifeorg - sought to improve mental health and wellbeing in the criminal justice system, through a peer-to-peer support network of Mental Health Ambassadors and the lived experience delivery of our unique training package, Brain Smart®, co-developed with Jamma Wellbeing. It now operates in almost 40 prisons across England and Scotland, with a reach of almost 30,000 beneficiaries.
