MyDose exists to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally, through collaborative and supportive wellness practices. We believe that by promoting healthier habits, we can create a positive ripple effect, inspiring others and improving overall well-being. In a world filled with modern-day stressors like gambling, junk food, processed foods, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, prescription-free medications, pornography, sedentary lifestyles, pessimism, and toxic people, these enemies try to steal our control every day, turning us into our worst selves. The world needs us to take back control and become our best selves to create a better future for everyone. My Dose's purpose is to empower individuals to take back control over their mental well-being. With stress, anxiety, and depression affecting millions worldwide, we believe in offering a fresh and more science-backed perspective on happiness and well-being.
