Myers Home Buyers is a residential real estate investment company, specializing in distressed residential properties in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston and Tampa. We're Here to Help: Every day, Myers helps good people out of bad situations - people that for any number of reasons find themselves with homes that they just can't keep any longer. Typically, these homes are in need of costly repairs, cleanup or updates. Sometimes divorce, out-of-state owners, estate complexities or financial pressure make showings and an extended process difficult. Or things like job moves or a change in life circumstance creates the need to sell quickly. These factors make it difficult to sell the home the traditional way. We have the expertise and experience to handle challenging properties. From foundation problems to fire and water damage to bad roofs and HVAC systems, we've seen it all.
