It works in concert with client teams sharing the accountability for part of the roadmap, allowing geo-diversification and its benefits. It can also function as the prime/sole technology partner enabling clients to focus on customers as it assumes responsibility for product engineering, application landscape support, and complete DevOps. This offers better economics while simplifying execution for clients. The IP rights to everything that Nalashaa develops as part of each engagement belong to the respective client.
