We partner with individually branded, medically-led, non-invasive skincare clinics to provide you with a flexible pathway to exit and your clinic with a platform for lasting success. We offer assistance in getting your business sale-ready so you can optimise the value of your clinic. The better your clinic performs, the better your value will be. In addition to attractive upfront cash value on sale, we offer generous ongoing incentives through fixed remuneration, annual clinic profit share, and investment in the future value of NCP via participation in our Clinician Equity Plan. We will invest post-sale in various support functions to reduce your clinic management burden, and we will provide help to upskill and empower your team to reduce dependence on you over time. Once you have sold, you can choose your own exit pathway. If you want to exit sooner, you can realise your value in the Clinician Equity Plan when your clinic no longer depends on you. If you want to exit later, your incentives will continue for as long as you want to continue working in your clinic.
