NDL Group, Inc. is a general contracting and consulting firm specializing in ground up construction, land development, entitlements and tenant improvement projects which vary from minor remodels to new buildouts. Additionally, NDL has our own design-build department which prepares plans in-house. These services can save clients thousands of dollars in space planning and design fees alone. Our multiple Nevada State Contractor's licenses allow us to perform framing, drywall, concrete, landscaping, foam roofing, and building envelope maintenance. By self-performing multiple trades, we are able to control the schedule and pass additional savings along to our clients.
