After spending our years as consulting arm of one of the Big 6 firms in Malaysia, we decided to continue the professional practice of provision of enterprise risk management facilitation and outsourced internal audit services in the new entity based on our mantra “Bridging needs through our value and passion” since 2012. As we believe that there are people out there to place profit above all, we recognise the fact that the profit is not an end by itself but the result of our dedication and effort being put to ensure total client ’s satisfaction, which we think are upmost important. We believe walk the extra miles than talk the extra miles. Today, we are the largest internal audit outsourcing and risk facilitation professional firm in Melaka, Malaysia. Our humanised office located in Melaka, Malaysia, the historical city of Malaysia. Due to our work nature which is nomadic, we are traveling extensively at the request of the client due to their regional reach to get to the bottom of the details of the business operations in order to provide meaningful and feasible solutions. In 2021, due to expansion of our consulting business, a branch was setup in Kuala Lumpur to service our clients in central and northern region. In our previous life and continuing to the new practice, we have the experience and are providing the following professional services to our client: • Outsourced internal audit function • Risk facilitation services • Governance, Control and Risk Due Diligence for Merger and Acquisition exercise • Internal Control review in relation to Initial Public Offering application and submission of regularization plan • Business health check and business improvement exercise • Initial Public Offering handholding exercise • Anti-Bribery and Corruption consulting services
