Based in Jackson, MS, we blanket the South, with locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Core disciplines include Transportation, Civil Site, Environmental Services, Water/Wastewater, and Support Services such as surveying, geotechnical investigation, and planning. Through these disciplines we offer traffic, roadway, transportation planning, aviation, structural (bridges and vertical), hydraulic, wastewater, water distribution, storm water, electrical, telecommunications, landscape architecture, and public outreach engineering and planning services. Company founders Hibbett Neel and Gorman Schaffer were committed to building a successful firm with a philosophy of improving the quality of life through service to the community. This belief, coupled with a desire to provide the finest engineering expertise, has helped to set Neel-Schaffer apart and is the underlying strength of the company today.
