At Negley Law, APC, we take that legal burden off of your shoulders so that you can focus on rebuilding your life. We place the highest importance on you, your children, your finances, and your future, giving your objectives our full focus. Our firm represents clients in all types of family law matters, including: divorce, mediation, annulment, and legal separation agreements. Some divorces are simple, and when the two parties are generally in agreement on all these matters, will lead to a faster resolution. When there is any issue in contention, it can be addressed through mediation and negotiation with the opposing attorney; if this does not lead to getting the agreements settled, it is necessary to take the case to court and have it decided through litigation. We proudly represent clients in Thousand Oaks and throughout Ventura County.
