Intriguing problems arise where systems, data, and workflows collide—and don't work as they should. We've been solving such problems for over ten years. → We build AI solutions that actually work. Not as a demo, not as a pilot project, but as part of daily operations—where smart people have been doing mindless work until now. → We turn Microsoft Copilot into a real tool. Most companies distribute licenses and hope that something will happen. We configure Copilot Studio to fit the reality of work – with proprietary data sources, automated workflows, and agents that take on real tasks. → We rescue complex software projects. Or set them up correctly from the outset so that they don't go wrong in the first place. Architecture, technology, project management – everything from a single source. NEOMO is a software consulting company based in Germany. We work for insurance companies, banks, industrial companies, and anyone else for whom technology is not optional.
