New York Window Film (recently acquired by Solar Art) is an authorized supplier and applicator of window film (aka window tint or glass coating) for residential and commercial buildings. Types of films include traditional tinting, custom graphics, solar, security, ant-graffiti, and decorative to fit any need. Located in Farmingdale, NY, the company has installed more than 3,000,000 sq-ft of window film in more than 4,000 homes and 3,900 commercial buildings in the metropolitan New York area, as well as in New Jersey and Connecticut. The use of window film reduces solar UV rays, fade of furnishings and furniture, solar heat build-up and solar glare on computers and televisions. The company is a dealer/distributor of top window film brands including 3M, LLumar, Vista and more. New York Window Film is also an active member of the following industry associations: NY Glass Association, ASID, International Window Film Association and Long Island Association.
