As we continue to grow as a business we are constantly looking for new development opportunities, predominately in the Yorkshire area but will look further a field. Our current requirement is for sites of 20 units and over and will look at sites with short, medium and long term planning prospects. We would be really interested in hearing from you about any potential opportunities that you may have for residential developments, including strategic land in the North of England.
