Nexus Property Group is a boutique property brokerage that is rapidly changing the landscape of the South African property industry. The process of purchasing a property asset, or the disposing of one, necessarily requires specialist skills and innovative approaches, as each asset brings with it a set of unique challenges. Unlike other brokerages, NPG conducts both private treaty property transactions and auctions. Each property is systematically assessed before deciding on a course of action. We are not constrained by having to take a "house view" and will choose the right sales method which maximizes the value of your asset. NPG brings together a team of brokers, each with a proven record of national multi-million rand transactions. Their bespoke service intensely focused on individual client needs within a framework of integrity, passion and transparency. We handle all elements of the sale from marketing of the property to signing of an offer and overseeing the process until the property is transferred. Our mission is to ensure the selling process is conducted with ease and efficiency on behalf of all stakeholders.
