NF Consulting was founded by Mr. Moshe Feder C.P.A (Isr.) and Mr. Nethanel Nakash C.P.A (Isr.). Moshe and Nethanel are former Senior Managers in the System and Process Assurance, SoX and Internal Audit team of PwC Israel. Each one brings ten years of experience in advisory and audit services related to SOX regulation, IT audit engagements, 3rd party assurance engagements, Internal controls auditing and data analytics. Our expertise includes: • IT audit procedures in support of financial statement audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews for global companies including companies subject to "Public Company Accounting Oversight Board" standards. • Sarbanes-Oxley compliance advisory projects and IT risk advisory services for private and public companies operating in Israel and worldwide including global companies subject to "Public Company Accounting Oversight Board" standards in various industries including: Pharmaceutical, Real estate, Hi-Tech, Telecom, Retail and Social Gaming. • Data analytics projects, including journal entries analysis, payroll analysis, data conversions, interfaces assurance and more. • Segregation of duties (SOD) projects. • Third party assurance engagements (e.g. ISAE 3402, SSAE 18, SOC1). • Internal audit projects including risk assessments, multi-year plan and internal audits on selected areas. • Compliance audit with companies' policies and procedures.
