We specialize in Reverse Engineering, producing new parts, & assemblies. 3. Material Processing: Our facilities include a Machine Shop, Heat Treatment Furnaces, & fabrication machinery. We fabricate and refurbish according to your needs. 4. 360 Degree Virtual Laser Scanning: For Virtual Augmented Reality (VAR) electronic copies of your facilities. 5. Drainage Design: Global warming has led to flooding and destruction of lives and properties. Our 52-years’ knowhow in producing manhole covers and gratings has made us drainage/flood design specialists. 6. Additive Manufacturing: We 3D-Print components out of plastics and metals, using our array of commercial 3D Printers. 7. Agro-Allied: We design & improve agro allied equipment capacities. We produce consumables such as Grinding Discs, Gas Burner Units, Oil Expeller Screws, mixer arms, rollers. 8. Abrasion Resistance: Where abrasion is of cost to your facilities, we are at your service. We are an accredited wear parts center by Swedish Steel (SSAB) Hardox wear parts. 9. Corrosion Control: We specialize in corrosion control services for tank farms, offshore platforms, pipelines, refineries, etc. Our Non-Ferrous foundry is BV-Certified & produces sacrificial anodes. 10. DFB Educational Module: We created the DFB Teaching Module that exposes students and youths to design, 3D Printing, and Manufacturing for the 4th Industrial Revolution. 11. Art Foundry: We cast sculptures, busts, & artifacts. Our large CNC Orbital Cutter makes innovative patterns. 12. Good-Living: Our lifestyle line has CI Cookware, Sports weights & BBQs.
