QA Check-Up can be tailored to service area and frequency desired. -Compliance Officer - Ongoing Compliance Supports to meet requirements of Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 5123:2-2-01 and OAC 5123:2-3-01, which includes quarterly QA reviews of the applicable OPSR Compliance Tool review areas. - Medicaid - HCBS Waiver Billing - Claims Management, Reconciliations, Researching and Working With County Board to Resolve Denials, Revenue Maximization. - Financial Consultant-Budget, Forecasting, Service/Cost Allocation, Revenue Maximization, Paycor and QuickBooks Proficiency. Onsite Financial Supports. -Human Resource - On-boarding supports, annual requirements for compliance tracking and development of hiring process. -Service/Personnel Policy Review - Review service and personnel policies against Ohio Administrative Code and the OPSR Tool for compliance.
