no comfort in the waiting room cultivates an inclusive and dynamic classical and contemporary music culture in Pittsburgh by presenting accessible, pay-what-you-can performances and educational outreach, emphasizing the voices of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and marginalized composers. Our name reflects both the historical exclusion of these voices from classical music spaces and the urgency of creating meaningful access for modern audiences.
