We are a British-Finnish boutique management company for artists and songwriters. We are heavily focused on building sustainable careers, with a strong emphasis on ethical growth and artists mental well being. Founded in 2024 by music industry professionals Kevin Reynolds and Tommi Kalenius, we are a collaboration between KRMB Management and Music Box Helsinki. With over 30 years of combined experience in the global music business. Our mission is to bridge the gap between local talent and global opportunities.
