Nouveaux Collègues is a non-profit employer association. Our goal is to bring employers together to promote inclusion in the workplace and professional development for people with mental health issues by offering local support and administrative management services. Where did this project come from? Siemens France has been developing a shared service for its various subsidiaries since 2008, employing 30 to 35 people with mental disabilities. This initiative has enabled many people to develop their skills and return to work. By creating Nouveaux Collègues, our ambition is to replicate this experience and increase the rate of integration into the mainstream workplace.
