NOVA is a network of boutique fitness studios that push the bar forward in fitness technology. The company combines cutting-edge fitness technologies, including Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), with customized one-on-one personal training. An EMS workout at NOVA is 3X more efficient than your traditional workout. With NOVA, you’re able to do a 90-minute workout in 20 minutes. You don’t need weights, you don’t need gear, all you need to do is just show up. EMS is the same technology found in your local physical rehabilitation center. EMS is trusted by doctors to strengthen weak muscles and correct imbalances. We have repurposed EMS for the next age of fitness! There are tremendous benefits to EMS training! Shorter bouts of exercise with nearly double the amount calories burned than conventional exercise. EMS increases blood flow, decreases muscle fatigue and soreness, and quicker metabolite removal. Show up. Suit up. Let's get to work!
