Novacom is a leading Construction Manager headquartered in Vancouver and working throughout Western Canada. Our company has been built on a foundation of relationships and partnerships with clients, employees, consultants, suppliers, and trade partners. To us, every relationship is a personal one, and will continue with both the company and individual no matter where they go. The construction industry is changing, and the way forward is going to be more partnership focused that it has ever been in the past. We feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of an industry that is growing and changing every day, and is pushing us all forward. In that spirit, we have embraced "Transforming Construction" as our guiding principle. What makes our work enjoyable and fulfilling is that we get to transform ideas into physical reality and, in doing so, impact the world around us. At the same time, our work is transforming us and is driving us to become better; better at what we do, how we do it, and how we partner with our clients and project teams . We're proud to be a part of driving the industry forward through innovation, partnership, and fresh ideas.
