Our products are used in a wide range of applications including: valves for the medical and industrial sector, frames and membranes for braking systems, membranes and shutters for gas valves, bellows for actuators, O-rings and special seals for medical equipment… At Novotema, we can supply: • Support and technical consultancy for sealing solutions • Co-design of sealing solutions • Selection of the most suitable material • Mold filling analysis with dedicated software • FEM structural analysis of the sealing solution with dedicated software • Mold design and construction • Sampling, also with pilot mold • Incoming inspection and material characterization • Failure Mode Analysis, defect analysis and problem solving • Laboratory tests on materials and samples • Compression or injection molding • Deburring (manual, automatic and cryogenic) • Tumbling • Post curing • Surface treatments • Sorting • Packaging The markets we serve include, but are not restricted to: medical, mobility, home furnishings and appliances, gas control, other industries… Novotema is proudly part of CARCO PRP since end of 2023.
