We ADVOCATE by providing a compassionate and informed communication link between neighbors and their healthcare providers. We NAVIGATE the complexities of obtaining and maintaining healthcare for neighbors without adequate resources. We EDUCATE our neighbors about disease management, prevention, treatments, testing and medications, as well as available resources. We ACCOMPANY because no one should journey alone.
