As a health coach, Rika Keck is available for in-person consultations, ‘distance coaching’ and presentations regarding chronic health conditions, including Lyme disease, mold toxicity and chronic viral infections. Her extensive functional health education bridges the gap from Clinical Nutrition to Functional Medicine. Rika is also in the process of becoming certified as a Feldenkrais ATM (Awareness Through Movement) instructor, and a Pilates certification (BREATHE- Contrology) in 2023.
