We assist with license applications and advise clients on the application of specific rules and regulations to innovative product development. 3. Fundraising Advisory Services: For angel investors and venture capitalists looking to invest in Africa as well as founders seeking to raise funds to scale up their business operations across the continent, we extend strategic legal support in relation to term sheet negotiations, drafting and reviewing substantive investment documents, Convertible Notes, Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE), Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders Agreements. 4.
