The network was born in 2010 from a desire to develop and extend the oenology and viticulture field with academics, research centres and industrial partners to the international level (over 67 partners all around the world). It is coordinated by the University of Bordeaux - Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin (France), and is the first and unique international network in oenology and viticulture. OENOVITI International is dedicated to research excellence and education. It aims to foster exchange of know-how and expertise between actors in the wine world. It promotes synergy through intensive collaboration, including transferable skills development with successful network partners, which have international recognition in the field of viticulture-oenology. This innovative approach is based on mobility and multi-disciplinary exchange of experience. The network provides its members with a high level of visibility on the international scene by enabling them to maximize their opportunities in terms of joint training/research projects.
