Lisa has a strong background in Anatomy and Physiology and blends both Eastern and Western medicine to design bespoke tailor-made programs for her clients. Private appointments take place in her private studio which is based in Hill Street, St Helier, Jersey. Lisa also teaches group classes throughout the year at Langford Dance Studio, Mont Millais. Classes are delivered as short courses which focus on specific topics using modalities such as Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Mind-Body Movement, Meditation, and Pranayama. Lisa takes a holistic approach to her teaching using her knowledge as a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Classes and appointments are open to all, no experience is necessary. In 2020 Lisa opened the first and only Yoga Teacher Training school in the Channel Islands under the name of the OYL Institute of Yoga. Having completed the first 200hr Yoga Teacher training, registration is now open for 2022. The OYL Institute of Yoga delivers Yoga Teacher Trainings and CPD workshops and events for students and teachers who have a passion to learn, share and inspire.
