The team at OneUp Fitness are experts in efficient, evidence based and personalized Resistance Exercise. After the age of 40 we start to lose muscle and lean tissue at an accelerate rate. Scientifically this is referred to as ‘Sarcopenia’ and this process has a significant impact on health, physical function and overall well being. The only way to stop and reverse this trend is to challenge our muscles by way of regular, weekly Resistance Exercise. The biggest obstacle to sustaining any routine is time and consistency. Our methodology solves both of these issues. With two, 30 minute workouts per week, our trainers will guide you through a full body resistance training workout that is safe, efficient, and tailored specifically to your needs regardless of gender, age or level of experience. And because you are working one on one with an expert, educated trainer you will be held accountable and consistent to weekly workouts that fit your schedule and lifestyle.
