TerrAmore è una cooperativa di produttori specializzata nella coltivazione di prodotti ortofrutticoli, e in particolare nella produzione di insalate a cespo e da taglio (o baby-leaf), che coprono l’80% del fatturato. Tale produzione era finalizzata, fino a qualche anno fa, all’industria specializzata nella IV gamma. Oggi TerrAmore lavora sia con aziende di IV gamma che con società che operano sul mercato del fresco nazionale e internazionale. La cooperativa TerrAmore produce soprattutto rucola, indivie e lattughe che distribuisce in Italia e in Nord Europa, mercati esigenti e in espansione. Il 49% della produzione va all’estero (Francia, Germania, Svizzera, Inghilterra e Danimarca). Le lavorazioni e le coltivazioni dei terreni avvengono nel rispetto dell’agricoltura integrata e si basano sui fondamenti agrotecnici classici. Vengono inoltre praticate anche coltivazioni biologiche certificate.
