Open Arms Real Choices Clinic is a life-affirming medical clinic and nonprofit organization serving North Idaho with compassionate, confidential support for women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds, parenting classes, men’s mentoring, grief and loss counseling, and STI testing, all at no cost to the client. Beyond medical services, we provide education, material support, and long-term mentoring designed to equip clients with the tools they need to make informed, empowered decisions. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of our community to make this care possible.
