Orinoco Energy Group is a U.S.-incorporated energy logistics platform purpose-built for the reactivation of Venezuela's oil and gas sector. OCK Servicios Logísticos — Licensed port operator at Puerto de Guanta, eastern Venezuela, under formal concession. Over 400 vessels operated between 2018 and 2025, including heavy-lift and project cargo movements exceeding 300 tons. ADUAVEN — SENIAT-registered customs brokerage. Full import and export clearance at Venezuelan ports with no third-party intermediary.
