Zusätzlich liegt der Fokus von p:act auf der Beratung und Begleitung von Unternehmen im Bereich des Personalmanagements. p:act bietet für Unternehmen Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Personalauswahl und -entwicklung an mit dem Ziel, den Prozess des Personalmanagements im Unternehmen nachhaltig und effizient zu verbessern und das Unternehmen auf zukünftige Auswahlherausforderungen vorzubereiten. Der Verein hat den Schwerpunkt, wissenschaftliche Standards der Personalauswahl mit einer praxisnahen, unternehmensspezifischen Umsetzung von Methoden zu kombinieren.
