At Parker Immigration, we know that every case is more than paperwork — it’s someone’s future. This firm was born out of hard lessons. We saw too many prospective clients turned away from non-profits because of limited funding or philanthropic priorities that didn’t reflect community needs — such as excluding adults seeking bond or asylum seekers with difficult claims. We also worked inside a private practice where conflicts of interest and the unauthorized practice of law left people vulnerable. Those experiences made it clear: immigrants deserve better. Sometimes that means fighting for release from detention, sometimes it’s a complicated waiver, and sometimes it’s taking the government to federal court.
