After surviving kidney cancer, in 2002, I was determined to learn everything about how we contribute to disease in our body. I then spent the next 20+ years studying the mind, body connection, its relationship to disease, and why we don’t live lives we love. What I discovered: it is always about our beliefs. We believe we need to be a specific person based on what we need approval as, or what we need to survive. We go through life trying to be this, and struggle to fit. We think if we work harder, we can become it. We never get to meet the authentic self. However, when we discover who we are, our gifts, and who we authentically are, is when our true happiness and freedom begins! In 2018 I published my book "Daydreams Come True", a self-coaching workbook helping you discover your beliefs and how to transform them from self-sabotaging to supporting what you want to have/be in your life. This book is based on all the lessons I learned over those years, and my personal transformation. Having discovered my own self-sabotaging beliefs, and healing them, I have learned how to overcome, and forgive from effects of growing up in a volatile alcoholic household. I now live a happy purposeful life and am dedicated to sharing my lessons learned so others may find their healing, wellness. I love helping spas and organizations expand their wellness business with customized services and products. Let me help your business, spa, or organization, or even just help you discover your self-sabotaging beliefs and create new empowering beliefs through my D.A.R.E. your beliefs step by step process. All you need is your desire to receive!
