Registration is required for this program. Youth athletic programs are offered in conjunction with the Youth after school program. Youth participate in kids activities and learn beginning weightlifting techniques. We use athletics to help youth grow not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Coastal Empire Weightlifting Club CEW is a program offered through Performance Initiatives, inc. to build champions from the inside out. We empower young people and adults through Olympic weightlifting training.
