Australia has a new and specialised advisory services venture for the retail agricultural equipment channel. Tony Peters, Matt King and Bill Franklin launching Peters King Franklin & Associates. Peters King Franklin & Associates will be unique within the tractor and machinery industry. Collectively, our principals have over 100 years industry experience at the most senior international and local management levels. Their deep and specialised insight, enables PKF & Associates to deliver unique and informed value that others cannot. The last decade or so has been a transformative period of channel consolidation and technology adoption. This has driven considerable change in the structure, nature and composition of the traditional dealer networks. Much of the impact of this change is yet to play out at dealership level. With the advantage of an intricate understanding of these dynamics, in parallel with the strategies of manufacturers, needs of dealer networks and psyche of the market, Peters King Franklin is uniquely able to access, relate to and work with all parties across the supply chain. We are able to assist clients navigate industry turbulence and position for the next chapter for their business. This may include, acquisition, transformation or even in some cases, an exit. An important part of the Peters King Franklin difference will be delivering access to the collective experience and expertise of the principals, without incurring the high fixed costs normally associated with employing executives of this calibre and experience.
