The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) formerly known as the Philippine Export-Import Credit Agency (PhilEXIM) is a Government-owned and controlled corporation attached to the Department of Finance. PHILGUARANTEE is the principal agency for State Guarantee Finance of the Philippines.
