The 18th edition of Photometria is coming in Fall 2026. Follow us for open call announcements, exhibition news, jury reveals, and festival updates. Photometria International Photography Festival is one of Greece's most prestigious photography festivals. Held annually in Ioannina, Greece, it is the city's largest cultural event and a growing destination for photographers, curators, and photography lovers from across Europe and beyond. An initiative of the Entefxis Cultural Institute, Photometria has been running since 2008. Every edition brings together dozens of exhibitions, screenings, workshops, and events that celebrate contemporary photography and the moving image. Our permanent home, the Photometria Photography Center, hosts year-round activities, workshops, and educational programmes. It is where the festival's community lives between editions.
