The Planning and Environment Bar Association, or PEBA, is a Specialist Bar Association within the Bar Council. Membership of PEBA is open to barristers who undertake a significant part of their practice in planning, local government or environmental law. PEBA exists to represent the interests of its members and to provide opportunities to meet and discuss issues concerning these areas of practice. Associate membership is open to pupils, bar students and university students with a significant interest in local government, planning and environmental law.
