Platinum Hospitality, founded in 2005, was established by passionate and committed service-orientated individuals who identified a need for a more focused, caring approach to the outsourcing of cleaning functions in the hospitality sector. This vision led Platinum Hospitality to specialise in the provision of housekeeping and facilities management of five-star hotels. For the past two years we have successfully partnered with hotels such as The Westin Grand Hotel, The Mount Nelson Hotel, Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence, Century City Conference Centre and Hotel, African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel and Spa, African Pride 15 On Orange, One and Only Hotel and The Taj Hotel. At the Mount Nelson Hotel and The Westin Grand Hotel the company has been doing business for the past 10 years looking after food and beverage, stewarding services and housekeeping services.
