Practeese builds practice management software for solo private practitioners in the UK who cannot afford to keep losing time to administration. We built a single platform that handles everything a solo practitioner needs to run their practice, replacing the spreadsheets, the manual payment chasing, the missed reminders, and the five disconnected tools most practitioners are currently juggling. The platform is structured around the practitioner’s workflow, not a clinic’s. Every feature is designed to reduce overhead, protect revenue and give practitioners back the hours they spend on paperwork. Beyond core practice management, Practeese handles the full patient journey from first contact to final invoice. Appointments, payments, intake forms, patient records and a public booking page are built into one cohesive system that works from day one without training, consultants or implementation fees. We work with therapists, psychologists, counsellors, physiotherapists and allied health professionals running private caseloads in the UK where administrative efficiency directly impacts how many patients they can see and how much they earn. Our mission is simple. Give every solo practitioner their time back so they can focus entirely on their patients.
