Project Peacock was born the way all great ideas should be—over drinks. What started as a spark between husband-and-wife duo Sanchit and Nidhi quickly grew into a mission to revolutionize the gin-drinking experience in India. What began as a moment of inspiration has evolved into a vision to reshape how India crafts, consumes, and celebrates spirits. At Project Peacock Distilleries, we believe that India deserves world-class homegrown brands—ones that rival global counterparts not just in quality, but in creativity, storytelling, and sensorial experience. Our philosophy is rooted in innovation, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to pushing the Indian spirits industry forward. Our first creation, Nisaki® Gin, is a testament to that belief. Inspired by our founders’ love for premium spirits, iconic branding, and globe-trotter curiosity, Nisaki® brings an entirely new sensorial chapter to the Indian gin world. It’s the only colour-changing gin crafted in India. Project Peacock Distilleries isn’t just building a portfolio of spirits. We’re building a new narrative—one where Indian innovation meets global ambition, and where every bottle tells a story worth sharing.
