Every listing on Proplix comes with mortgage estimates, down payment requirements, installment plan options, and compatible financing providers — so buyers make decisions based on what they can actually afford, not just what looks good. For brokers and agents, Proplix delivers higher-quality leads, smarter routing, and tools that turn inquiries into real transactions. ────────────────────────────────── 🏠 MARKETPLACE Verified resale and rental listings across New Cairo, Alexandria, the New Administrative Capital, and key Egyptian markets. 💰 FINANCING INTELLIGENCE Mortgage estimates, installment plans, and provider compatibility on every listing — built into the search experience, not added as an afterthought. 📊 LEAD INTELLIGENCE Qualified demand, source attribution, and conversion tools for brokers, agents, and real estate partners. 🤝 BROKER ENABLEMENT Better leads.
