RAM - Logistica, Infrastrutture e Trasporti Spa, società in house del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti (MIT), nasce nel 2004 con l’obiettivo di attuare il cosiddetto "Programma Nazionale delle Autostrade del Mare" all’interno del più ampio contesto della Rete Trans-Europea dei Trasporti. Nel tempo la sua mission si è ampliata ed oggi promuove e supporta tecnicamente l’elaborazione, l’attuazione e la gestione delle linee di intervento in materia di trasporto e logistica come braccio operativo del MIT, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dai documenti di pianificazione e programmazione del Ministero ed in coerenza con le linee di programmazione europea. La Società ha come azionista unico il Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze.
