OUR MISSION Renters Reference Services is dedicated to offering superior dispossessory processing services to apartment communities. We strive to perform the delicate process of eviction with care and professionalism. Immediate response time, open communication lines, consistent service and faster evictions are what you can expect from RRS. We have been providing personal, efficient and prompt service to our clients since 1976, and we plan on providing that same great service for many years to come. DISPOSSESSORY AND EVICTION SERVICES Renters Reference Services has a simple and stream-lined online process for filing and tracking dispossessory warrants and evictions from start to finish in all Georgia counties. Our goal is to make the tedious task of filing for dispossessory faster and more cost-effective. We were the FIRST in the business to implement barcode technology for filings, FIRST to e-file cases online with participating counties, and FIRST to expedite using FasTrak® technology. All of these FIRSTS make RRS the leading choice for your eviction needs. FasTrak® Renters Reference Services offers fee-based expedited filing to apartment communities for dispossessory proceedings in Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb and Fulton counties. The entire process has been streamlined from the filing of the dispossessory to the service on the resident’s door. FasTrak® filings can be served on the resident in as little as 24 hours.
