Ridgefield Consulting is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Oxford, with a sister firm, Kench & Co, located in Henley. We offer reliable and efficient tax advisory and accounting services, but we prioritise on delivering stress-free business support, tax clarity, and legitimate solutions that will help you reach your desired outcomes. Our clients often come to us for tailored advice on how to best structure their business to make the most of available tax relief opportunities or how to avoid large tax hits when extracting funds from the business for lifestyle expenses. If you find yourself in similar predicaments, then we’re certainly happy to help. Over the years of working with a growing number of small to medium sized start-ups, we’ve built up a wealth of experience and expert knowledge on how to support their specific needs for R&D tax credits, grant applications and management, SEIS, EIS and EMI share schemes. We understand the intensity and focus involved in getting innovative ideas off the ground and can help take the pressure off by dealing with the intricacies of HMRC compliance. We welcome you to follow our LinkedIn page if you’d like to get to know our incredibly diverse and talented team a bit more, see what we’re up to day to day and access free resources from guides to explainers that we’ve created ourselves.
