In addition, we offer consulting services to investors, land owners and developers, both commercial and residential, to evaluate and expedite proposed development projects. Our History & Philosophy Rockhill Investments was founded in 2009 by Ryan Griffin, Brett Brantley and Clay Thomas (originally called Griffin Brantley Thomas). Over the last decade, our team has had a hand in the tremendous growth and development of the North Texas region. Many team members grew up in the area and have witnessed firsthand the transformation of what used to be primarily farmland not so long ago. We understand the integrity, careful planning, thought and attention to detail it takes to execute land development and construction projects that build thriving communities.
