Rose Law Firm is a boutique law firm with offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. We have been solving complex corporate and commercial business problems for middle-market companies in the Pacific Northwest since 2012. Rose Law Firm provides practical legal solutions to the complex and shifting legal needs of successful companies and their owners. Our practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Ownership Transitions, Litigation and Dispute Resolution (particularly between business owners), and General Business Legal Services. The teams we build to serve our clients consist of attorneys with experience with a wide variety of business legal issues, dedicated support staff who understand our clients' needs, contract attorneys across the country who specialize in discrete areas of the law, and relationships with a wide variety of other business professionals who we partner with to assist our clients in every step of their journey.
